Booking with us is an easy process! It can be handled by calling us on the telephone, and also by sending us an email.

We gladly accept all major credit cards, as well as certain "official" forms of cheques. Reservations must be made with a credit card, but you can also pay with cash (CNY, HKD, USD, and Euros), after which the hold on your credit card will be released.

Generally, we do not allow for cancellations. However, if you must cancel, you need to contact us directly in order to find out if any penalties or fees must be levied.

No. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles at any time. This is both for the health of the driver and for the beauty and preservation of our fine vehicles.

No! We simply need to know the time you will require the vehicle in order to facilitate a reservation. Your actual itinerary can be conveyed up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup.
